What do you love most about WCS?
I became a part of the WCS family as a parent in 2006. My journey here has included serving as PTP President, a Board Member for 3 years, Elementary Principal, Head of School and now Director of Missions and Advancement. In each role I have served I have gained a deeper love and appreciation for WCS. WCS is more than a job or a school, it is a family. The people that have come into our lives because of WCS are some of my greatest blessings. I love the atmosphere and true love of the students that our staff, faculty, and families share. I know my children and family are being prayed over and are genuinely loved and cared for. WCS at the heart has a passion for missions that is shared and encouraged at every grade level, and it carries over into the home. The volunteer spirit at WCS is also amazing to sit back and watch. It is a testimony to the heart of WCS when you look around and see the great strides that have been made at the hands of our families, donors, and volunteers. We are blessed with so much to be such a relatively young organization. Seeing our families work together toward a common goal is a blessing and a joy to witness. WCS is a very special place and I am humbled to be a small part of this community.
