Ten students from Weatherford Christian School were inducted into the National Honor Society on Tuesday night at a special ceremony held for family, friends and WCS faculty. These students exemplify outstanding performance in areas of scholarship, service, leadership, and character. They must have a 3.5 or higher GPA to be considered for membership into the organization and once that is met, they are invited to fill out an information packet that includes recommendation letters, proof of service hours, leadership roles, service attitude, and character. They are then chosen by a faculty advisory committee. This year’s inductees are (bottom row L to R) Harley Jacques, Cooper Bomar & Paige Hunn. (Top row L to R) Rhiann Travis, Rebekah Brown, Jennah Foland, Hannah Floyd, Kaitlyn Fell, Hannah Burks, and Keighley Parsons.
